My life and my iman feel behind everyone's feed

I find myself scrolling on the bus to the market, sitting with my teacup cooling on the kitchen table at fajr, and my heart goes tight. Every post is a little parade of someone else’s commitment, a child with a new surah, a sister at the masjid, a sermon clip, and I feel like my own prayers and my small acts are stuck back on the pavement. I taught for fifty years, and most of my lessons were outside the classroom, but this is new, this quiet shame that I am trailing behind a screen. Has anyone else felt this exact tug? How do you sit with it without hardening into shame or comparison?
