Promotion Abroad or Staying for My Family

I am Ahmed El-Sayed, an Egyptian engineer. Last night at 1:30 I opened an email offering a two year project in Dubai with a big pay raise. I rode the overnight tram home, thinking of my father who used to say, الرزق لا تأتي به العجلة. At fajr I made tea in the same chipped cup my mother uses, and told Layla. She put the baby to sleep and sent a short message, I can do anything but not another separation. We have a one year old, and my mother needs morning medicines. I want to provide, and I also do not want to break what we have. Has anyone faced this exact pull, and how did you choose?
